Moments to Keep ("the app") is designed to let you save personal moments privately on your device. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

Information we collect

The app does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal information. You do not need to create an account, and the app does not use a remote server to store your moments.

Moments stored on your device

The text you enter, its date, and related app settings are stored locally on your device. This information is not accessible to us. You can edit or delete moments from within the app.

Deleting the app, resetting your device, or losing access to your device may permanently remove your saved moments. The app currently does not provide cloud synchronization, account recovery, or an independent backup service.

Notifications

If you enable daily reminders, the app asks for notification permission and schedules reminders locally on your device. The app does not use remote push notifications or collect an Expo push token. You can change notification permission in your device settings at any time.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

The app does not include third-party analytics, advertising, cross-app tracking, or behavioral profiling services.

Children’s privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users.

Security

Because your moments remain on your device, their protection depends in part on your device’s security. We recommend using a device passcode and keeping iOS up to date.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the app’s features or data practices change. Any revision will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
